Unique Socketable

Two different bosses have been observed to drop this socketable during my first play-through. Can't tell which one has a higher chance. Maybe both are 15% like the normal boss eyes?
- Defeat the Jutham Kasam in the Tower of the Moon for a chance to drop this item. The Tower of the Moon becomes available during the quest Tower of the Moon.
- Defeat The King in Masks in the Vault of Souls for a chance to drop this item. The Vault of Souls becomes available during the quest Secret of the Ezrohir.
