The set Magnus' Trove is a set of 9 Unique items in Torchlight. Unusually for most sets, two of the Magnus' Trove items are mutually exclusive and cannot be worn at the same time (both weapons are staffs), therefore the maximum set bonus is reached with 8 items equipped and not 9.
